Notes2w.exe will not shutdown with Vista SP1

notes2w.exe remains running if I close Lotus Notes 8.0.2. I cannot even restart Lotus Notes without having to go into the Task Manager and kill notes2w.exe

This happens everytime Notes is closed. I cannot restart until I kill the process.

Anyone have any ideas?
