Customer is accessing their Notes through a Citrix window. Would like to be notified by popup when working on a local machine window without having to periodically switch to the citrix window containing Notes to see if there’s a popup notification.
possible?
would installing only the Notes Minder piece on their local machine (without the full Notes client) be an option?
any ideas are appreciated,
