Can anyone me help here?One of our client Laptops, which has just been updated from 5.10 to 6.1 has started to Convert Mails that have already been read in the Inbox to UNREAD!!
Pretty confusing, anyone have the same problem or can help me out.

Just for Info, i have heard that when using cluster Servers, the syncro ist not always a clean one, not only between server cluster but also from the client to serve Sync. also that The Mail icon should not be stacked.

Since there is no Notes ver 6.1, it’s hardly a surprise that you’re encountering a problem.

For us, the majority of read/unread issues with laptops go away when we add:
REPLICATOR_SYNC_UNREAD=-1
to the laptop’s NOTES.INI file. It adds a few seconds to replication, but pretty much straightens out the read and unread marks.
