Notes Traveler SEVERE - device ERR_QUOTA_EXCEEDED

Hi,From the domino server log, we have error like 10/14/2010 04:32:26 PM Notes Traveler: SEVERE CN=abc/OU=zz/O=xyz An error occurred while attempting to update your database with data from the device (ERR_QUOTA_EXCEEDED).

I think its due to user “CN=abc/OU=zz/O=xyz” mail database on home server exceed quota.

Is there anyway for traveler to continue and ignore mail database quota?

No, Traveler is subject to the quota. You will need to get the database under the quota.
