Has anyone seen an issue where an iPhone hooked up to a Notes Traveler server does not maintain a consistent listing of the folders from the Notes mail file? We have a user or two that quite frequently are missing folders from their iPhones. If you go into the folder list, you can see all of their folders. However, occasionally, there will simply be a folder or two missing. The user doesn’t notice this until he/she goes to file something and can’t find the folder. A work-around I’ve found is to rename the folder via the Notes client, let it sit for 20 minutes or so, then rename is back. After doing that, it seems to come over to the iPhone and appear in the folder list. Has anyone else seen this happening in their environment? Thanks in advance.
