Notes SQL to Mail file

I am new to using Notes SQL. I installed Notes SQL 8.5 and was able to connect to my mail file and get the the data for example from my Inbox to Excel. My question is I am able to get the details like date the email received, size and subject of the email. I would like to know if it is possible to extract the contents of the email (Body field) along with subject. I do not know if this is possible also. Please help me.
