Notes single logon, after changing computer name

After I changed my computer name, Notes Single logon stopped working. I have verified that the Lotus Notes Single logon service is running and the registry settings for npnotes are correct. Not sure where to go from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

You can try stopping the single logon service and then restarting it.

Thanks, I have actually already tried that and it didn’t work.

If rebooting didn’t fix the problem then reinstalling is probably your only option.

Try going to Add/Remove Programs, select Notes and hit “Change” – remove Notes Single Login feature… then repeat and add it. I’ve found that works pretty well for solving NSL-related problems.

Thanks for everyone’s help, I have tried unintalling all of notes and reinstalling but it doesn’t work. I also tried just uninstalling the single logon feature and reinstalling but that didn’t work either. Any other ideas? thanks

Hello,

i am sitting on the same problem here. Have you found any solution for this problem?

Strange is, when i log in workstation only, then NSL works, but as soon as i log into the domain, its not working.

Unless the PC is completely installed new…

Thanks for any help in advance

I still haven’t found a solution to this problem. Any help out there?

I had to remove, then rejoin the computer account in the domain. Single sign on worked fine after that.
