If “No notification” was used as Deactivation notification, there is no status bar message. It is neither shown if you click onto the status bar (and the history is shown), nor it is shown in the console.log.
Only a message in the log.nsf appears.
I’ve never seen a status bar message so far, but I am not able to verify it right now.

As far as I can see, with all three notification option, a status bar message is never generated, but a message in the splash screen right below the progress bar is shown, but truncated.Documentation might be updated.
Subject: Startup sequences were modified relatively recently, SPR opened
