We have a user (possibly two, waiting on confirmation) that has to configure Lotus Notes after EACH and EVERY restart of the application. It is as though it’s not saving it’s own settings. User is on 8.5 FP1 on Windows XP. Anyone ever seen this?
Subject: Mandatory windows profile
Where is the notes.ini being saved? Is this a multi-user setup that has the data folder in the users profile? If so do they have a mandatory windows profile? If so that would be why it’s wiping it out each time.
