Notes reappear in inbox

Users reporting that often a message which has been moved from the inbox to a folder will reappear in the inbox (still shows in the folder as well). Any ideas how to prevent this?

Running Domino 8 on RHEL 5

Notes 6.54 clients on WinXP.

Subject: Fix will be in RM3 but there is a hot fix available

On support with BB and they say if you can show you have the problem then they will provide a quick fix.
