Our user reported that the document becomes “public accessable” after an user is deleted from address book (user resigned) who is the reader of the document. The database is created by standard R5 doc & lib template. Authors and readers fields (more than 1 authors field, more then 1 readers field) contained in the form.
We are looking for the way how to aviod document become “public readable” when the doc reader is deleted from public address book?

Rather than just removing the reader name, replace the reader name with an administrators group name. Only a blank reader name field will lead to a more public document.

I found that there is another reader field exist in the form and the default value is “[Admin]”. That means some user’s ACL has [Admin] can access the document even if the document creator is removed from address book somehow. I have try to mark public to a “private doc” and found that 2nd reader field still contain [Admin] and no one except “Admin” can access the document.
Do any other reason caused the document become “public” after the document creator is removed from address book?
