We have some users that experience a strange problem. When they send a memo to print in some printer, a large number of copies are produced. Sometimes 10 copies, sometimes 5, sometime 1…
This problem does not happen with any other software installed in these machines.
I’m certified that the users sent just one copie to print but several copies are produced.
Can anyone help me?
