Just wondering if anyone out there knows of any third party tools that would help to improve Notes printing abilities. I know in R6 some of the calendar print functions have improved, but still things seem to be lacking in the area of printing. Especially the personal address book. It’s really pretty unacceptable. Plus, I’ve got users who keep chanting “outlook, outlook, outlook…” ready to lynch me on this stuff . Anyway, if anyone has any pointers I’d really appreciate it. I REALLY don’t want people to force us off Notes. Thanks!

You could take a look at “Scriptura” at Design & Compose | Documents | Unifiedpost Belgium This tool uses XML data (easy to create now using R6) as input. Scriptura is a design tool to create XSL-FO. Using a FO-processor that is included in the product, you can generate e.g. PDF. Since the tool uses XML as a data source, you can also use it in other development environments.

scanEZ is able to export datas to a text file. You can configure how the file will be construct with simple parameters. The best way is to create a csv file, which can be view by Excel.
The interface allows you to export ACL or Documents. Look for the Export button when using the application.
