We have a strange problem with our citrix environment. We run Notes 8.5.1 FP 4 (standard) on it.
After some time the E-Mail preview will stop working. It stays white. Closeing the mailbox an reopening it will have no effect. Sometimes even opening the mail in a new tab will produce just a white page.
Restarting the notesclient will fix the problem for a while.
Accessing the mailbox from a regular client will not produce this behaviour.
Anyone had this before? or any hints where to look at?
