I have a user who logs in as herself, and also opens another mail file. She would like to have the pop-up notification appear for new mail on both mail files, but it only works for her own mail file.Can it be set to pop-up for both open mail files?
We are using 6.5.4

This would be a little clumsy but you could open the other mailbox in DWA and set the preference to “Prompt when new mail arrives”.

How about creating a rule in mailbox 2 that sends a copy of the message headers to mailbox 1. Then create a rule in mailbox 1 that moves messages from mailbox 2 to the junk mail folder. Monitor mailbox 1 for new messages.
