Notes (Or Notes-Related Process) Open Error on Incremental Installer

When I try to run the 6.5.X-6.5.2 Incremental Installer on my primary server, the program tells me “Notes (or a Notes-related process) is still running” even though my server is shut down, my anti-virus is off, and the same program worked flawlessly on my web/DMZ server.

Both me and my boss have been through the services and processes and can’t find ANY notes-related processes running after server shut down.

Has anyone else gotten this error? If so, How did you solve it?

BTW, turns out this is just another “feature” of the Incremental Installer. What "Notes (or a Notes-related process) is still running translates to in English is “There’s not enough hard drive space remaining on your data drive to run this operation.”
