Hi,
I’m using IE8 on a Windows 7 installation, Domino server 8.5 and running a 8.02 Client.
I have the 8.02 client open and open a browser window with the ws.openUrl…, here I select an employee in a “presentation” and then I want the client to open the selected employee… I do that with a notes:// url-call, initiated by a javascript:window.open(‘notes:/[server]/[db]/0/[unid]’, ‘_self’);
IE security message asks if the user will allow this action, when “allow” is clicked, Notes’ opens a new client which only crashes, instead of using my already open Notes client…
What can I do ?? - is this something to do with the Notes installation on windows, some path-settings for windows or maybe even some notes-settings??
Hope you guys can help… I’ll take any suggestions
