This is how Notes looks like right after start-up when it’s started the second time the day.
No sidebar, wrong toolbar icons.
After opening the first database from the bookmarks the sidebar and toolbars appear.
Subject: Yes I see this, clicking the Home bookmark spurs it on to complete the welcome page and sidebar, etc
