Has Notes.net been changed?

The toolkits and drivers page used to be an easy reference to the various toolkits and drivers(!) and their documentation but now leads to the product pages! Here’s the link that used to get to the toolkits:

http://www.lotus.com/ldd/toolkits

Please Lotus don’t fix what aint broke! The toolkits page worked well.

How do I now find the Notes C API and documentation?
