I’ve noticed a pattern, whereby the notes minder program stops checking for new mail on my Windows XP computers. This has been the case for me on more than one xp computer. Right now, I noticed again that I haven’t been receiving new mail notifications from notes minder, and if I ‘mouse-over’ the nm system tray icon, it says “mail last checked at 3:50pm”, whereas it’s currently 2pm, and I’ve had my computer running since yesterday morning (was running a small program overnight). This happens regularly with my xp computer and notes minder, and not just when my computer has been on for a while.
Any ideas what is wrong or what to do? I’m a competent net admin and notes user, so I’m not doing something silly like turning off some setting in notes minder, etc…I’m stumped!
