Notes mail addressing

I have a user who had a Notes certifier of:joe public/EG/LS/GDyn

This user was then recertified to:

joe public/LS/GDYN

The user has not had the /EG certifier in over 6 months

But when email senders try to address an email to him the system automatically finds:

job public/EG/LS which results in a bounced email and user never receives it.

We have tried

Instructing the sender to verify his address contacts on his personal address book and to remove any reference to joe public/EG.

Instructing the sender to verify the address.

It only happens intermittenly but user is still complaining.

Where else can we check to find or remove the reference of the old certifier?

Subject: Why Not

Have the old name joe public/EG/LS/GDyn as the last name in the person doc fullname. This way the name would get resolved and there would be now email delivery failures.

Subject: Or…

… crate a dummy entry in your nab with the old name pointing to the email and.or email address of the new qualified name
