Notes:// links and adding icons to workspace

I have a client who has Outlook and Notes clients. Between the 2 worlds, Notes:// links work great. Except the icon is not added to the Workspace when the link is clicked. Any ideas on how to make this happen?

Have you been able to find a solution for this…I am having the same issue? Using “Notes:///…” link in a Word document to open a notes database works fine…but does not add the database icon to the workspace (even adding AddDatabase command in postopen of the database does not add it to the workspace when done via the link).
