A user recently started experiencing the problem above.
Whenever there is an email with HTML included, his default browser launches as opposed to showing the email in the preview pane.
The same email on my client is shown inline or in the preview pane, so I know there’s a setting he may have switched on or off.
If anyone could assist me in finding this setting I would be grateful, our Notes guy doesn’t seem to understand the problem.
