For few weeks I fight with one case.
One of my users has strange issue with his Notes.

Instead Alt codes like ☼♀→ he gets dots …

When he get email with attachment, one is visible as 3 and he can’t open any of those 3. If he forward this message to anybody, attachment is only one even before he send message.
No other users with this problem.
What have I done in this case?

Fix & compact of user database

Reinstallation of Notes… and this is very curious. After installation everything works ok. Until I restart Notes application. After restart everything comes back.

I’ve create new windows account on this PC and setup my lotus account on new windows account. Everything works good.

On new windows account we setup notes with user account (this one with issues). And it works like before. Ok till I restart application.
I have no idea how to fix those issues…
