STAgent created by my company can send Sametime messages, announcements, check user’s online status using LotusScript agents, Java agents and command line.

You can also use it STAgent as a java servlet, which makes it possible to send Sametime messages from Javascript and HTML.

There is a 30-days evaluation version.
