Notes Home Page Destroyed with Productivity Tools - Not sure how I did it. Is there a file or icon to replace the Home page that IBM gives us with the install - is it inside the executable or zip file . I do have my own BASICS Home page which may have over written the one from the Notes 8 Upgrade

I’m not sure I understand your question, but I will try to answer what I think you are asking: The default “Basics” Home Page comes from the template called bookmark.ntf. The form is called WPBasics.
You can either copy that form and replace the one in your bookmark.nsf, or preferably you can Replace Design of your bookmark.nsf using the template. Note that you need to choose “Show Advanced Templates” to see bookmark.ntf on the list.
