Hi
In my company we all use Lotus notes 7 as our email client. We also use internet explorer 6.
I have one user that when he gets an email with a internet link and tries to click on it his notes client hangs and he has to restart notes. web browswe in location is set to Microsoft Internet Explorer.
The same email sent to other users works fine.
Any suggestions?

Does the IE browser start and display the page?
Is the rest of windows still working OK? after clicking the link?
If IE doesn’t start then I would think it’s something to do with the IE install and Notes is waiting for the system to respond before passing control back.

IE does not start at all. when you highlight the link you see the little hand. as soon as you click it freezes.
