When notes freezes up on me and I have to ctrl-alt-del then end task I can’t get back into notes until I log off and log back on. Is there a quicker way to get back into notes?

Use KillNotes.exe You can go to Sandbox and do a search or do a google search for Killnotes.exe you will not have to restart OS
