a couple ofmy clients couldnt open lotus notes with the original shortcut. i was getting the same problem, and i was able to fix most of them by going and creating a shortcut for nlnotes.exe and the were able to open it up. i had them hard reboot their laptops and they were able to open notes.exe as normal. this fix don work for all the clients. how can i fix this problem and what its the cause of tis problem.
