Notes Error: The prompt for password was aborted by user

I was doing a load test of registering new users using DIIOP when I suddenly get the NotesException in the title. Has anyone seen this before? I was using this for quite a while before it appeared.If its of any use, here is the method I use:

public static void registerNewUser(String host, String name){

	try{

		Session session = NotesFactory.createSession(host, "Administrator", "TANDBERG");

		Registration reg = session.createRegistration();

		reg.setRegistrationServer("10.47.1.36");

		reg.setCreateMailDb(false);

		reg.setCertifierIDFile("C:\\Program Files\\lotus\\Domino\\data\\cert.id");

		DateTime dt = session.createDateTime("Today");

		dt.setNow();

		dt.adjustYear(1);

		reg.setExpiration(dt);

		reg.setSynchInternetPassword(true);

		reg.setIDType(Registration.ID_HIERARCHICAL);

		reg.setMinPasswordLength(5); // password strength

		//reg.setOrgUnit("AceHardwareNE");

		reg.setRegistrationLog("log.nsf");

		reg.setUpdateAddressBook(true);

		reg.setStoreIDInAddressBook(true);

		reg.registerNewUser(name, // last name

				null, // file to be created

				"10.47.1.36", // mail server

				"", // first name

				"", // middle initial

				"TANDBERG", // certifier password

				"", // location field

				"", // comment field

				"", // mail file

				"", // forwarding domain

				"test4test"); //user password

	} catch (NotesException e) {

		System.out.println(e.id+"  "+e.text);

		e.printStackTrace();

	}

All I do is loop through calls to this method.
