Notes error: specified command is not available from the workspace

I get the following error every time I launch Lotus Notes 8.0.2. Any idea why this error message is popping up???

Playing around with the flags there worked for me, although I believe in my case it was the “Show About …opened for first time” flag.

Subject: Press crtl shift f9 and rebiuld views

Subject: Same for R8.5

I have also encountered the same in R8.5, I have tried the “shift-ctrl-F9” but still didn’t manage to resolve it.

Any more suggestion? Thanks.

Subject: mail file 8.5

I encountered this message on a mail file. The error only appeared when I checked mail but does not appear when I clicked on calendar. I did compact the mail file but it didn’t seem to fix the problem and I tried the suggestions above about changing the launch property but I was still having problem so I set it back to the way it was and opened the mail file and just clicked on the sent folder, close the mail file and reopened it and the error disappeared. It must have been something with the inbox folder but I have already tested it with clicking on the inbox folder, close the mail file and was able to open mail without any error now…I don’t know if this will help anyone but it worked for me…
