Notes error: Signature on document is invalid (inconsistent field signatures)

Hi,I have an agent to send notes document (with form) at backend, I got this error message before sending:

Notes error: Signature on document is invalid (inconsistent field signatures)

This is what I have done, but problem is still there:

  1. Sign the form with the same ID of running the agent.

  2. Resave the subforms and Form again.

  3. Recompile the database library.

Anybody knows what caused it? thanks a lot,
