"Notes Error : Note Item not found (CN= Murali Bhojanapalli/O=Ceco)

I have one database has some private views in it. I started developing from Version 7. I continue developing in R8.0.1 and R8.0.2. Some end users are using it on R6.5.2 client. Only couple of user are getting “Notes Error : Note Item not found (CN= Murali Bhojanapalli/O=Ceco)”… I tried remove icon from workspace and got one from server. I deleted cache from their local data folder. But when I tried on my workstation by using their id. Initially I got ECL alert. As soon as I selected " Trust signer option…" it worked fine.

Still they are getting errors.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Subject: Never Mind - I found solution.

I found the answer. Delete those private views. Compact the workspace. Shut down the Lotus Notes. Removed the cache from local. Reopen the lotus notes. Compact the workspace. Open the database from File–Open Database/Application. Sometimes we may have to repeat the above process until get rid of the error.
