Notes error in 'DCT': Operation failed (#221)

I create a new database using the dct.ntf template downloaded from http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24019358&rs=0&cs=utf-8&context=SWA00&dcÔ00&q1=dct .

When opening the DCT database for the first time, I get the following error:

When I try to run a DCT Scan, I received the following error on my Notes client console:

DCT Scan Failed - Please Check Status Bar History and Java Debug Console For Details<<<

Tried it twice already, received error both times. I’m running Release 8.5.1 FP1 Revision 20100112.1445-FP1 Standard Configuration.

Has anyone run into this before and is there a fix for it?

I run the dct from May and I got it on two serversI got this exception:

An exception occurred while running rule: ‘TCPIP.RuleIDPostfix.PortEncryption’

Here is the error code:

The Domino Configuration Tuner experienced an internal error while evaluating this rule.

I removed dct.nsf and started the admin client with “Run as administrator”.

Have run DCT for a year on 8.0.2 with no problems. Upgraded to 8.5.2 in September. DCT ran fine. Updated DCT Rules Definitins to 10/05/2010. Then I started getting the error. Closed my Client. I updated Java on my client to Version 6 update 22. Restarted my Notes Client and no more errors.
