We just upgraded a user’s template from V5 to V6 and they got the error message “Duplicate PUBLIC name TIMEGETFROMITEM in USE module TimeUtilities” when trying to access their mail file. After looking through the forum we tried deleting desktop and cache, checking the location document, refreshing the design, and replacing the design. None of these worked. Are there any other suggestions for fixing this problem?
