When I archive mail from the local copy I am getting the error " Notes error: Document has been deleted. " and unable to do archive.What to do??

Empty your trash folder, rebuild index of all your views in the mail file, and try again.

I was having this same problem. Emptied the trash and rebuilt the views. No longer getting the error message and archiving seems to be working.
