when i web access one of notes id, and surf my inbox and other items it works fine but as soon as i move to sent items it shows following error on my console.
HTTP Web Server: Couldn’t find design note - report [/mail/Engineers/miteshpatel.nsf/r
eport]
and subject of mails in my sent item changes to date of mail send.
whenever i go to sent items it gives the same error to the console.
kindly help me out with some appropriate solutions.

Given the error comes from server, getting HTTP request/response trace to see what HTTP request caused the problem would provide more info. If it comes with URLs with ?ReadDesign or ?ReadViewEntries, providing design-only copy of mail template would help support folks to diagnose the problem.
If iNotes is in use, another way to obtain more info is Ctrl-Click on “IBM Lotus iNotes” logo and hit Detail. You’ll see what iNotes is doing under the hood:
