Notes Error: B-tree structure in invalid

Hi! All,

I am trying to compose a document from a command button when I click button it prompt me “Notes Error: B-tree structure in invalid (ExportContact)”. Is there anybody who suggest me why this is happeing. Before save the design from it also prompt me “Insufficient Memory”

Is there any problem in my database or its a client or server error?

Subject: Notes Error: B-tree structure in invalid

That should indicate there’s a view index problem. Try running updall -t on that particular view.

I have re-created Index of the database. Now it is working fine.

Hi, I have a user getting the same error and I’d like to know how did you “re-create the index of the database”?I’ wondering if this fix would work for my user…he is on a Mac, and located off-site, is this something I could walk him through?
