My company uses Lotus Notes. Can the System Administrator single out an individual, and route all of that individual’s email through the Administrator, for checking, prior to being received/sent? And if so, is there any way for the individual to determine if that is happening? Thank you.

There isn’t a way for mail to routed and then released. The closest thing to this is to stop the Router task, examine the mail, then start the Router.
You can tell if someone other than yourself and the server has been accessing your mail file by clicking on File - Database - Properties. Click on the Information tab (i), and then click on the User Detail button.

Subject: RE: Notes: Email checking by Administrator
Thank you Greg. When I check File-Database-Properties, it seems to list all activity on Lotus Notes for the day, not just for a particular email. Would an Administrator check show up different than the server? Also, for outside email I often get duplicates. And for some inside emails I get the email days or weeks after it was sent, and after other people got the email. Any other thoughts based on this? Thanks, Roger
