When you create a group in the NAB, and if you don’t put an internet address on it, then as far as I know it is not accessible via the internet and only internal for notes users.

The default behavior of domino is to allow all groups in the public address book to receive mail from the internet if addressed to groupname@yourdomain.com.
One way to change this behavior would be to set the configuration document setting “Address Lookup” to “Fullname only.” This setting has more far-reaching effects than just group docs, though, so search this forum and other resources to ensure that you understand its use before implementing it.
Another thing that should work and that I would recommend trying first is to add a Readers field containing */YourOrg to the desired internal groups. You can do this without either changing the Group form design or running an agent by setting the desired group documents’ Read Access lists; check out the admin help database document “Restricting users from sending mail to groups listed in the Domino Directory.”
