I just upgraded to Notes 8.5.1 from 6.5. I have a series of private views that I use to export data for reporting purposes. After I upgraded, when I try to export in a tabular text format, Notes crashes every time. I can export in all of the other formats without a problem.
Also, in 8.5.1, if I create a private view, I’m allowed to create and modify it the first time in, but I get the “not authorized to modify” message if I try to do subsequent modifications.
Any idess? Thanks.

If you don’t actually mean that it crashes, but actually that it just errors out, the exact text of the error message might be helpful.

Is it really a private view? Or were you given access in the application to create (but not edit) shared views?
