Notes crashes upon clicking the Reply button

We have a few users at my building that are experiencing the same issue. When you click on the Reply button within Notes 6.02 CF1 the client shuts down and will not restart without running ZapNotes to recover. Below is the error dump. PLEASE HELP!

ERROR (0): exception(0): thread 254 got system exception: ACCESS_VIOLATION (3221225477)

Well, I’ve never seen this CRASH notes, but…

Based on the error stating “access violation” I am wondering if they aren’t authorized to reply…which I most often see if the mailfile filename specified in the location document is incorrect. That’d be the first thing to check.
