When I open a particular document in one of the databases I have been developing, there are several actions available. I click a feedback button which opens up a custom dialog box, but then don’t enter any information and cancel the dialog. If I then press the escape key to close the document, it crashes my Notes client. This occurs just about every time performing the same combination of actions. If I click the close button, I don’t have a problem. The document never goes into edit mode and is always in read mode.
Does anyone have any ideas?
