Notes crash on EM_MAILSENDNOTE

I am trying to build a plug-in to lotus notes and using one of the sample code and experiencing a crash whenever EM_MAILSENDNOTE is used.

This problem is solved when a #pragma pack is added in the extmgr.h file.

Has anybody else experienced the same problem, if so, is there any better way to solve the problem.
