Notes client screen lock option not locking set

Hello AllNotes client screen lock out option currently set to 15 mins but Notes screen will not lock after 15 mins. Confirmed Notes ini file field showing as

AutoLogoffMinutes=15

Have tried different timeout settings but no luck

Any ideas?
