I just pledged to buy their product if they get it working.

Hi Gregg,
I just read that thread. But I think what has appeared at the CrossoverOffice site is a bit different. They are looking to find out which applications they will devote their attention to - these will be win32 applications that will run inside WINE - so there would then be a Linux ND6 client, and it does not rely on IBM to produce it. Hopefully when the work has been done for the ND6 client, most of the work will be in place for the ND6 Designer and Admin clients to also work in Linux.
I’m suggesting that those people who are interested in such a beast go and pledge some money to that cause. Of course it would be great if IBM dumped a shedload of money into that project too

Why not IBM it self port the notes client into linux?So we can install notes client and run it pure linux, no need to run under wine, or else. Take to much computer resources.
If we can run office like software (star office etc), why we can run notes client instead.
Maybe IBM need to start put money on this stuff.
