Notes Client Freezing when launching an internet link

Hi, I have a user who gets a client crash every time he clicks on an internet link in an email. I have all my users setup to use the default browser for the OS, and he’s no different. Also, if I click on the Web Browser shortcut on the Notes toolbar to launch the internal Notes browser, it hangs the Notes client too. I’m trying to avoid a total uninstall/reinstall of this client and thought I’d check with you before doing that. Maybe there’s a quick fix out there?
