One of my users receives encrypted emails from another internal Notes user. When she clicks one of these emails and the preview pane is open, Notes freezes and the scroll bar in the preview pane flashes and the message never displays. Also happens on emails with embedded images (JPG, BMP, GIF…). Emails open fine when preview pane is closed.
Is this a bug?

Try to disable the embedded browser for MIME mail. (File > Preferences > Basic Notes Client Configuration > deselect “Disable embedded browser for MIME mail”). There are some known issues with opening HTML/MIME messages within the preview pane with the embedded browser enabled.
