Hi, we have a problem with some users with the notes client restart after installation of a widget. The widget installs ok with no errors and prompts for restart. Upon restart the splash screen and notes login appear. Once loading apparently finishes and eth splash screen goes away nothing then happens- no client opens.
I can see nlnotes.exe in task manager and have to end this process to be able to reopen notes. Once notes is opened again the user is prompted once more to restart to complete the widget install, and so it goes on, around in circles. I’ve just removed the widget for now.
Any pointers in finding a cure? This widget is essential for one of our new applications.
