A user has recieved an email that he was cc.d on his inbox and when he opens the message, his name does not appear in the cc field. A different name appears. On stripping the message header, I found out that the “AltCopyTo” is the one being displayed instead of the users name.
Anyone with any clue as to why this is happening and how we can resolve this.
